报告摘要：In this talk, we will give the two-weight norm inequalities for fractional maximal functions and fractional integral operators related to Schrödinger differential operator on weighted Morrey spaces related to certain nonnegative potentials belonging to the reverse Hölder class.

报告人简介：周疆，新疆大学教授，博士生导师。2011年10月博士毕业于湖南大学，主要从事调和分析理论及应用研究，曾获新疆自治区科技进步奖二等奖。新疆大学教学名师，新疆数学会理事，Math Review特约评论员。先后主持3项国家自然科学基金项目、1项省自然科学基金项目，以第一参与人参加5项国家自然科学基金项目，以第一作者或通讯作者发表30余篇SCI论文。
